Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Summary:

As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the full recruitment process for both the APAC region and other international markets. You will lead all aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing to offer acceptance, while building an exceptional candidate experience. This hands-on role will require you to work independently and collaborate with hiring managers globally to meet our growing talent needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates across the APAC region and international markets.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business needs and global talent requirements, ensuring a streamlined process from start to finish.
  • Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, tailored to the unique needs of the APAC and international markets.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for both regional and international positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with the recruitment process.
  • Handle offer discussions and negotiations with candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
  • Provide an exceptional and transparent experience for candidates, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current on labor laws, employment regulations, and market trends across the APAC region and globally to ensure compliant and effective hiring practices.
  • Promote the company’s values, culture, and mission to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand across multiple regions.

Basic requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on APAC and international hiring.
  • A track record of executing full-cycle recruitment independently, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices, market trends, and cultural nuances in APAC and other international regions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively across different time zones and cultures.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple hiring processes, and adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of a remote-first company.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing platforms to manage the hiring process efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy throughout the recruitment process.
